Client Registration Information
The information below will serve as your "CUSTOMER REGISTRATION" information for Credit Success Team to communicate with you. Think of it as your Account Registration information so please make sure it is accurate for us to reach you.
CALIFORNIA INFORMATION STATEMENT: Please be aware of the following rights and disclosures required by law to be disclosed to you prior to any agreement between DECADE Financial Solutions LLC., and you. These disclosures are incorporated by reference into the Client Agreement. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
DECADE Financial Solutions LLC will provide the following services on a monthly basis:
1. • Provide an Automated text message & email communication where you can easily access and observe the status of your Enrolled Accounts and copies of dispute letters created by DECADE Financial Solutions LLC on your behalf
2. • Done-For-You Credit Enhancement: We assist you in creating letters, emails, faxes, or electronic communications to applicable creditors, collection companies, public record offices, and the three major reporting agencies in an effort to correct or remove errors and other items appearing on your credit reports, which you indicate are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverified
3 • Provide access to articles, information, educational or instructional videos that may help you manage your credit.
4. • To review credit profile status from the credit reporting agencies such as: Experian, Equifax and Transunion. Consulting, coaching, and monitoring services are conducted by personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone, email, or by any other form of communication during normal business hours.

Obligation to Pay Once Services Begin
Payment Obligation. (a) The Subscriber shall bear the obligation to pay the Service Fee of $169.00 to DECADE Financial Solutions(DFS) from the day D.F.S. starts to provide the Subscriber with the following services pursuant to this Agreement. (See Section: Services on Monthly Basis)
Debt Negotiations Fees (addtl)
DECADE Financial Solutions LLC is not a Debt Settlement company and is not responsible for payments to creditor once negotiations are complete. When we negotiate your debts with creditors DECADE Financial Solutions LLC will charge a fee of 10% of the original negotiated amount stated by the creditor. For Example: If a creditor/collector originally states the debtor owes $3,000.00 for a debt; we will charge $300.00 (10%) to negotiate the debt. The 10% negotiation fee will be charged upon services being rendered and client accepting the terms of the negotiation from the debtor.
Client can accept terms of negotiation by verbal (phone call), or written (letter, email, or text message). Accepted terms will be recorded and filed for record keeping
ESTIMATED TIME OF PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES:
DECADE Financial Solutions estimates that the Credit repair process should take approximately 4 - 7 months.
FEDERAL LAW DISCLOSURES: Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law
You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any “credit repair” company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over 7 years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for 10 years.
You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee. There is no fee, however, if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days. The credit bureau must provide someone to help you interpret the information in your credit file. You are entitled to receive a free copy of your credit report if you are unemployed and intend to apply for employment in the next 60 days, if you are a recipient of public welfare assistance, or if you have reason to believe that there is inaccurate information in your credit report due to fraud.
You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organization Act. This law prohibits deceptive practices by credit repair organizations.
You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within seven (7) business days from the date you signed it.

I HEREBY CONFIRM THAT A COPY OF THIS INFORMATION STATEMENT, INCLUDING THE SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO ME PRIOR TO MY SIGNING ANY CONTRACT WITH DECADE FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS AND THAT THIS INFORMATION STATEMENT HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO ME SEPARATE FROM ANY OTHER DISCLOSURES
CANCELLATION POLICY: You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within five (5) business days from the date you signed it.
Credit bureaus are required to follow reasonable procedures to ensure that the information they report is accurate. However, mistakes may occur.
You may, on your own, notify a credit bureau in writing that you dispute the accuracy of information in your credit file. The credit bureau must then reinvestigate and modify or remove inaccurate or incomplete information. The credit bureau may not charge any fee for this service. Any pertinent information and copies of all documents you have concerning an error should be given to the credit bureau.
If the credit bureau's reinvestigation does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may send a brief statement to the credit bureau, to be kept in your file, explaining why you think the record is inaccurate. The credit bureau must include a summary of your statement about disputed information with any report it issues about you.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE DISCLOSURE
You, the buyer, have the right to receive a “money back guarantee” in accordance to DECADE Financial Solutions agreement terms & conditions.
Two conditions must be met in order to qualify for a money back guarantee.
1. “Measurable score improvement” is not achieved on your file after 7 ROUNDS of consecutive Credit Enhancement services. The client will receive a 100% of their money back.
2. Client has maintained 100% compliance with the DECADE Credit Action Plan in accordance to their specific file. No missed payments, no hard inquiries since date of enrollment, no applications for new loans, tradelines or etc. unless specified otherwise by our Credit Success Team.
Measurable Score Improvement is defined as a 25pt increase or greater.
Example: Client enrolls into program with a 605 and fails to reach to at least a 630 credit score during the time the client has been enrolled. That client is eligible for a money back guarantee.
I HEREBY CONFIRM THAT A COPY OF THIS INFORMATION STATEMENT, INCLUDING THE SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO ME PRIOR TO MY SIGNING ANY CONTRACT WITH DECADE FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS AND THAT THIS INFORMATION STATEMENT HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO ME SEPARATE FROM ANY OTHER DISCLOSURES.
