We at Notary Pin are committed to providing seamless and efficient notary services to support the estate planning process. Our goal is to ensure that your clients’ document signings are handled with the utmost professionalism and care, which includes the coordination of notaries, witnesses, document management and final delivery.

In our experience, there are instances where the availability of a notary with the requisite skills or in a particular location may be limited. Additionally, requests for services that go beyond standard notarial duties may necessitate additional compensation for the notary involved.

Therefore, we will assess each signing request on a case-by-case basis. Should a situation arise where additional fees are required to complete a notarization, we reserve the right to increase the fee to accommodate a successful signing. We will let you know the cost so that you’re aware of the price increase before the final transaction has been completed.

We believe that this approach upholds our commitment to transparency and allows you to make informed decisions regarding the services provided to your clients.

Please be assured that this measure is in place to ensure that we can accommodate your clients’ specific needs and maintain the high standards of service that Notary Pin is known for.

Doc Preparation

To maintain consistent quality and reduce errors, we request that you upload documents in PDF format and limit the number of uploaded files to 1-3 documents per signing. When converting from Word to PDF, please review the documents to ensure that the format has not been significantly altered and that all signature lines are visible.

Cancelation Policy Disclosure

Please note that the services of our notaries are scheduled and committed in advance. If you must cancel a notary signing, we require notification no later than 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Failure to provide us with the required 2-hour cancellation notice will result in a cancellation fee of $50. This fee is imposed in order to compensate our notaries for their dedicated time and commitment to your service needs, which becomes unavailable to serve others once reserved for you.

By scheduling a signing service with us, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. It is our intention to provide top-notch service to all of our clients and this policy will allow us to maintain a high standard of service for all involved parties.
