Please note that the services of our notaries are scheduled and committed in advance. If you must cancel a notary signing, we require notification no later than 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Failure to provide us with the required 2-hour cancellation notice will result in a cancellation fee of $50. This fee is imposed in order to compensate our notaries for their dedicated time and commitment to your service needs, which becomes unavailable to serve others once reserved for you.
